THE LION AND THE MOUSE
Once upon a time a lion , the king of the jungle was sleeping under a tree. A little mouse jumped on him. Soon, the lion woke up, picked up the mouse, and opened his mouth to eat him.
"I'm sorry to wake you up. Please don't eat me. I can help you one day
"Ha ha ha ha...That's funny! Ok,I'll let you go now."
A few days later, a hunter's net fell on the lion. The lion couldn't get out.The mouse saw the lion and ran to help quickly. The mouse helped the lion by gnawing the net. Then the lion could get out from the net.
"You are a little mouse,but you are a big help.Thank you!"
"Just forget it, Mr Lion, I am happy to help you.
Then the mouse smiled happily and left the lion.
The moral value of this story is "Small acts of kindness will be rewarded greatly."

love .one day they got married.
after their wedding Alfred said ,"now that

one day Jenny became very sick .the
doctor told her she was dying .Jenny
called Alfred to her side
"alfrid", she said "now I can tell you about
the green ribbon, untie it and you will
see why I could not tell you before".

THE LEGEND OF LAKE TOBA
Long time ago, a young man lived in a valley in North Sumatera. He was poor and lived with nobody. Every day, he went to the river and caught some fish to eat.
One day, he went fishing after working in the fields. But not like the other days, he got nothing even after waiting for hours. When he decided to go home, he felt the rod jolted. That’s fish! He pulled the rod out and he was jolly to see a small goldfish. Imagining that he would eat a goldfish, he went home excitedly.
At home, the young man put the small fish on the table. He prepared some firewood to cook. When everything was ready, he went back to the kitchen. But he saw nothing on the table! The fish disappeared! Instead, he saw a beautiful woman.
After having a short conversation, the young man asked to marry her. She accepted only in one condition, the man should never mention where she came from. The man agreed and they got married. They had a handsome yet naughty boy named Samosir.
One day, Samosir made his father angry. The man shouted loudly and said the prohibited words. He said that Samosir was son of fish. Suddenly, rain fell for weeks and turned the valley into a lake.

THE LEGEND OF MALIN KUNDANG
A long time ago, in a small village near the beach in West Sumatra lived a woman and her son, Malin Kundang. Malin Kundang and his mother had to live hard because his father had passed away when he was a baby, Malin Kundang was a healthy, dilligent, and strong boy. He usually went to sea to catch fish. After getting fish he would bring it to his mother, or sell the caught fish in the town.
One day, when Malin Kundang was sailing, he saw a merchant's ship being raided by a band of pirates. With his bravery, Malin Kundang helped the merchant defeat the pirates. To thank him, the merchant allowed Malin Kundang to sail with him. Malin Kundang agreed in the hope to get a better life. He left his mother alone.
Many years later, Malin Kundang became wealthy. He had a huge ship and a lot of crews who worked loading trading goods. He was also married to a beautiful woman. When he was sailing on his trading journey, his ship landed on a coast near a small village. The local people recognized that it was Malin Kundang, a boy from the area. The news ran fast in the town; "Malin Kundang has become rich and now he is here".
An old woman, who was Malin Kundang's mother, ran to the beach to meet the new rich merchant. She wanted to hug him to release her sadness of being lonely after a long time. When his mother came near him, Malin Kundang who was with his beautiful wife and his ship crews denied that she was his mother. She had pleaded Malin Kundang to look at her and admit that she was her mother. But he kept refusing to do it and yelling at her. At last Malin Kundang said to her "Enough, old woman! I have never had a mother like you, a dirty and ugly woman!" After that he ordered his crews to set sail to leave the old woman who was

THE LEGEND OF TANGKUBAN PERAHU
Long time ago in West Java, lived a woman named Dayang Sumbi. She lived alone in the forest.
One day, Dayang Sumbi was quilting when suddenly, her quilt fell off from her house. Then she prayed to Gods, “If a man picks up my quilt, he will be my husband. If a woman, she will be my sister”.
Then, a male dog picks it up. For keeping her words, Dayang Sumbi married the dog and called him Tumang. She gave birth to a baby, named him Sangkuriang, but never told him who his father was.
One day, Sangkuriang was hunting with Tumang in the forest and he found nothing. He blamed Tumang for the failure and killed him. When Dayang Sumbi knew that, she hit Sangkuriang’s head with a big spoon and asked him to go away.
Many years later, the wandering Sangkuriang found a house in the forest. The woman, Dayang Sumbi, recognized the adventurer as Sangkuriang. Sangkuriang forced her to marry him and Dayang asked him to make a vast boat in one night.
In the night, Sangkuriang called his friend, ghost and forest fairies to help him. Dayang Sumbi feared the boat colud be finished on time, so she asked some women nearby to help her.
The women hit the grains with grain puncher to make noise which disturbed the ghost and the fairies. The ghost and the fairies ran away before completing the boat.
Sangkuriang was very angry, he kicked away the boat upside down and it turned into a mountain called Tangkuban Perahu.
The moral of the story is think before act, no matter what happened,you always have to be a honest person. Because everytime you lie, you will continue to lie to cover up your lies

THE BEAR AND THE BEES
Once upon a time there lived a very large sun bear. " Oh, I'm so hungry," said the sun bear. "I will look for delicious food," said the sun bear.
The bear went to explore the forest to hunt for food. On the way he found a tree on which there was a nest where bees stored honey. Then the bear went near the beehive with the intention of stealing honey. The bear started sniffing to see if there were any bees in the nest. Then a bee came out of the hive and was surprised to see a bear in front of him.
"Hey bear, what are you going to do to approach this nest?" said the bee.
The bear ignored the bees and kept trying to get the honey.
"I won't let you steal this honey," said the bee. The bees also heard the bear with its sharp spines so the bear screamed in pain
"Aaaaah". Then the bear became very serious and with his claws he destroyed the beehive.
Just then a bunch of bees had come home. They were shocked to see the nest which was now destroyed.
"Attack!!!" said one of the bees.
The whole swarm of bees attacked the bear repeatedly. The bear continued to scream in pain. The poor bear finally ran away. And he could only save himself by diving into the river water
"I shouldn't have stolen what didn't belong to me and destroyed their advice because of the emotions I got from the pain"
